Joseph was extraordinarily helpful during the ordering process and followed up to be sure everything went ok with the delivery and setup. Setting up the box was very easy, thank to Joseph’s labeling, provision of the appropriate drill bit, etc. And the box is extremely well-made and gorgeous! Exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t be happier and strongly recommend this shop.
